BVN “Alternative Insights” Talk Series

Aaron and Phillip were recently invited by architecture studio BVN to take part in one of their “Alternative Insights” sessions, an internal talk series curated for their team.

BVN originated in Australia with studios in Brisbane and Sydney, and now their work spans across the globe with offices also in London and New York. Through a round table Q&A session, Aaron and Phillip shared their experiences in running a business in the regions, discussed key projects, and delved into the importance of community, social legacy and meaningful engagement in regional areas. We remain steadfastly passionate about working in a regional area and were grateful for the opportunity to share our story and experiences.

If you know of any organisations who might also be interested in the Regional Design Service journey, please reach out here.

We acknowledge the Bpangerang, Wiradjuri, Jaitmatang, Yorta Yorta and Waveroo people on whose country we work and create. We also acknowledge the Traditional Custodians throughout Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander lands where our projects are placed. We recognise their ongoing connection to Country, land and waters that were never ceded and pay our respects to Elders, past, present and emerging. Our Reconciliation Action Plan was developed with Reconciliation Australia and guides us on our reconciliation journey and that of our clients, collaborators and community.
