Bangerang Country

Community Event

Rutherglen Corowa Unlocked

is an event based on the idea that by empowering people with knowledge around the impact of good design decisions in our built environment, a business like ours might assist with building vibrant a liveable townships for the future (very much our mantra!)

As part of the inaugural event, Regional Design Service designed and facilitated a workshop for children (and LEGO nerds!) focused on recreating local buildings and landmarks, with the idea of providing a platform with which to understand the basics of Architecture & Design.

Several hundred children and families visited an historic hall in Corowa over the two-day workshop, which proved an important addition to the table of events for 'Unlocked'

We acknowledge the Bangerang, Wiradjuri, Jaitmatang and Waveroo people on whose country we work and create.

We also acknowledge the traditional custodians throughout Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander lands where our projects are placed. We recognise their ongoing connection to country, land and waters that were never ceded and pay our respects to Elders, past, present and emerging.
