Wiradjuri Country

Completed 2017

Early in 2017 Corowa Golf Club was awarded almost $600.000 from the New South Wales Stronger Communities Fund to build a luxury cinema. The construction of a local cinema would provide opportunities for ongoing social and economic benefit to the community.

From the outset our approach sought to reintroduce a sense of richness and grandeur to the cinematic experience whilst also referencing the projects proximity to the golf greens and Murray River. The interior palette deviated from typical red velvet and black leather interiors opting for rich greens and tan leather cinema seating.

“Phillip and Aaron listened to us from the beginning, making sure they understood our entire business direction. Their presentations to the board were exceptional, instilling confidence and trust from the beginning. Their willingness to work with us throughout the journey and their problem solving, solution focused attitude gave the club a better than first visualised result.”

We also acknowledge the traditional custodians throughout Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander lands where our projects are placed. We recognise their ongoing connection to country, land and waters that were never ceded and pay our respects to Elders, past, present and emerging.
