The Vaults

Bpangerang Country

Set within an historic wine region, the design of this hospitality and accommodation venue takes its inspiration from vaulted wine cellars and Roman aqueducts.

We had the opportunity to undertake a development study for the owner of this site with a mix of retail, hospitality and accommodation opportunities.

Our design incorporates references to roman brick arches, use of geometric shapes and recessive brickwork detailing that will draw people into a sunlit and intimate courtyard off the bustling street.

We acknowledge the Bpangerang, Wiradjuri, Jaitmatang, Yorta Yorta and Waveroo people on whose country we work and create. We also acknowledge the Traditional Custodians throughout Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander lands where our projects are placed. We recognise their ongoing connection to Country, land and waters that were never ceded and pay our respects to Elders, past, present and emerging. Our Reconciliation Action Plan was developed with Reconciliation Australia and guides us on our reconciliation journey and that of our clients, collaborators and community.
